Akashic Records
The Akashic Records correspond to a group of advanced souls that participate by giving us information appropriate to the moment we are living, information that we could not count on, to help us move forward in our lives and heal.

Being in such advanced planes, they are perceived in unity, more like a collective consciousness. And by sharing information with each other, they get to help all souls in the universe, in all times and timelines. They correspond to the souls who participate with the information, taking care of it, and delivering only what they consider will help people at that time. They will always deliver clear information that will help people on their paths.
They participate as mediators of the information, selecting appropriate information that they will deliver to people or to the other intermediaries of the information or channelers who will pass that information on to others. So they select which channelers they will deliver the information to, depending on their evolutionary level, their intentions, and whether or not they will be able to listen to them and deliver the message correctly.
They are currently participating with me in delivering information about the process of change that we will go through, and general helpful information.
The stellars

We are several races at service, and our help depends on what you are living in the present and it is in several areas, which allows a more complete help.
Whenever we act, we do so after reaching agreements between the races in an organized manner. We discuss what is best to do and, once agreements have been reached, the aid is implemented. This way we make sure that there is an order and that the help is in favor of humanity.
We do not always intervene, only when we consider it necessary. Then you are also given the freedom to do what you think is best, and those decisions are respected. We only intervene when we see it necessary and we reach that agreement with the other races. Thus your lives and soul plans are respected.» - Arcturians.
Arcturians
Extraterrestrials from countless planets in the Bootes region, which includes the star Arcturus, the third brightest star in the night sky.
The Arcturians are divided into 3 main branches, depending on the place of origin: Dieslientiplex, Devonians and Korendians, being similar physically and in levels of consciousness. I am in contact with the Dieslientiplex, although all 3 branches are currently helping Earth.
They are very technologically advanced races; they accompany themselves with technology to perform all kinds of tasks. They are very resourceful and creative, highly intelligent, very quick and assertive in their answers.
They are physical people like us, only with a different DNA. Their DNA has a high amphibian content, with skin of varying shades and small spots. They have three fingers, large almond-shaped eyes and a single-unit brain, without hemispheres, which allows them to see life from a more holographic and integrative angle. Their height varies from 4 to 5 ft.
They are very beautiful aesthetically. They wear long robes of different colors, with geometric patterns and decorated with jewelry. They are formal, polite, respectful and highly spiritual, being one of the most spiritually advanced races in the galaxy.
Their level of consciousness is so high that they perceive others in unity. This occurs to the extent that you raise your consciousness, you integrate with others in unity.
However, they do not have a hive mind, each one is an individual soul that has had a unique path of development. They have their own thoughts, their own opinions, their own tastes, thus contributing from their unique place.
Their family groups are mainly based on groups of friends with similar interests, as they correspond to a non-sexual race. Their way of reproduction is individual, transferring the consciousness to the individual that they form.
This type of reproduction allows them to continue with the same life experience in a new body, thus continuing with their projects. Until, one day, they decide to no longer participate as Arcturians, and undergo a process of consciously leaving their body. This allows them to remain in etheric planes to later incarnate in another stellar race.
Some of them present the capacity of multiple descendants, allowing new souls to enter to participate in their culture.
They present on Earth more than 3,000 of their seeds, incarnated Arcturians who work helping humanity. This is one of the most common forms of help, where you positively influence from within on Earth. Many of the people who participate as guides on Earth correspond to Arcturian starseeds.
They are highly creative in engineering, music and art. They integrate sacred geometry in all their designs: art, architecture, ships, and for all the graphics they make. They like to use sacred geometry as it is the language of the universe and nature.
They also use in their designs the etheric numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12, to enhance its meaning and to have this special energy of the ether. It is one of the races that has made more crop circles.
They like nature very much. Their planets are very green, with a lot of humidity, and they enjoy participating with the animal species.
They are united with the animals, they admire them for what each one is and respect their lives, so their diet is strictly vegan and healthy. They do not accept to eat anything that does not contribute to their bodies or food with animal energy. They respect living beings throughout the universe and do not empathize with agendas of violence or animal suffering.
They are pure of heart and very good people. Their philosophy is respect for life and the freedom of each soul. They like to support each other so that everyone is well, and help other races such as humans. They have emotions and sense of humor.
They use holistic medicine, which they support with toxicology of plants, using advanced technology in cases of accidents mainly. They almost do not get sick, presenting an optimal life style. They use plant medicine only to improve some aspects of themselves or to help other races in the galaxy.
Karistus
The stellar race Karistus corresponds, also, to a very advanced race in consciousness and technology. They are our neighbors, or the advanced star race that inhabits this solar system, as well as have stays elsewhere in this sector of the galaxy. They move around quite a bit, but are now focused on helping the Earth.

They correspond to a sexual race, with males and females, of slender build. They are tall, long-haired and light-eyed. They are similar to us physically, although they present a different biology (or DNA), not compatible with the human one.
They have always participated with the Earth, since its beginnings, although in this period we do not see them so much for reasons of their security, and because they respect our day to day life or what we choose to live.
However, they do participate in helping us, as well as the other positive races. They participate in the direct struggle with cabal races, and against their agendas of harm. They are very much involved in helping humanity. And they do it from the heart, because they see it as unfair, so that we are better off.
They present ships made with advanced technology, with the ability to jump into the ether and make longer trips.

They have as insignia the wings, which represent them as a race, and which they wear, each of them, on a pin on their clothing. They wear classic, loose and long clothes.
They use telepathy along with a spoken language. They use both at the same time, although they can be used separately.
The Karistus are a warrior race, who watch over others to keep them well, and fight against the evil. They are like galactic caretakers, beings of light incarnated in a physical body who protect and help those in need.
They are also very good counselors, so they also participate in delivering personal help information to people, who will feel their messages through their own thoughts and intuition. So, they also help souls in a personal way.

They also present starseeds on Earth, whom they contact by telepathy to tell them where they come from and that they are cared for, giving them the option of a more personalized guidance if they so desire.

They are a very free race. Freedom is very precious to them. That freedom of spirit to act according to what each one feels from within. So they are autonomous people, who make their own decisions, according to their own hearts. And that is what they encourage us to do.
They take care of each other, so that everyone is well, and they take care of others close to them. They care for other races that participate in and out of this solar system.
Their diet is vegan, as is that of the other races advanced in consciousness. They eat plants, mainly; that gives them the energy and nutrients they need.

Sirians
The Sirian extraterrestrial race presents its name because they come from various planets of the stars Sirius, although they are also found in other places in this galaxy.
They correspond to positive star races of varied physical aspects. Some are aquatic, others semi-aquatic and others that are not exactly aquatic, but are called Sirians as they participate within their Sirian communities. They consider the cetaceans to be Sirians.
The Sirian race I contact is semi-aquatic, from Sirius A and interstellar. With mild amphibian DNA, although humanoid in shape and slightly different from human morphology. Both their skin and their respiratory system are better adapted to water, which allows them to enjoy water activities quite a lot.
The Sirians are defined as a marine race because they live on planets with a lot of sea and, therefore, have a special taste for everything marine.
They correspond to a sexual race, male and female, being the women very maternal and the men very protective. They are very affectionate, kind and polite.
Their architecture is similar to the Art Nouveau of Barcelona. They are very fond of three-dimensional art, organic forms, handicrafts and music. They value their culture, and encourage each person to develop according to their own qualities, thus contributing to the development of their civilizations.

They live in family conglomerates, presenting conglomerates of royal lineage.

They take care of their seas, their environment and their planets. They respect and care for animals, eating a vegan and healthy diet, according to what their species need. They use holistic medicine and plant medicine, as do most advanced stellar civilizations.
